Work done by force is converted into total energy acquired by body at that height.

FS = 0.5mv² + mgS

Rearrange the above equation to find v
v = √[2 × (FS - mgh) / (m)]
= √[2 × ((170 × 10) - (5 × 10 m/s² × 10 m)) / (5 kg)]
= 21.90 m/s
