A body of mass 50 kg has a momentum of 1000 kg m/s. Calculate its K.E.

mass (m) = 50kg

momentum (p) = 1000kg m/s

we know that,

momentum = mass * velocity

p = mv

1000 = 50*v

velocity(v) = 20m/s

we know that,

KE = 1/2(mv²)

= 1/2(50*20)

KE = 500 kgm²/s²
