m = 5kg, h_{1} = 5m, h_{2} = 10m,g = 10 {ms}^{ - 2 }

Increase in potential energy =(final potential energy) − (initial potential energy)=

[tex]mg×( h_{2} - h_{1}) = 5 \times 10 \times (10 - 5) = 250j
