Mass = 5kg

Energy = 1000j = 1000/2 = 500j ( a/q)

Gravity = 10m/s

Height = ?

E = mgh

500 = 5 × 10 × h

=> h =  \frac{500}{5 \times 10} \\ = 10

Therefore, The height = 10m
