speed of body=10 m/ s
kinetic energy=1/2 mv^2
=1/2×5×10×10
=250 J
Max height=>
v= u+ at
v=0
=>t=1 sec
s= 1/2 gt^2
s=5m
Max height= 5 m
potential energy= MGH
= 5( 10)(5)
= 250 J
