A body of mass 5kg starts from rest and accelerate uniformly to attain a velocity of 4m/s in 10s calculate: 1) the force applied 2)Change in momentum

please help me to solve this question

m=5kg
u=0m/s
v=4m/s
t=10sec
f=ma
=m×v-u/t
=5×-4/10
=-2
so the force applied =2newton
this answer is the answer of first question..... I hope it will help you
