Initial speed of the body  u=20 m/s

Final speed of the body  v=0.20 m/s

Thus change in momentum  Δp=m(v−u)

∴ Δp=(5)(0.20−20)=−99 kg m/s

Thus momentum of the body decreases by  99 kg m/s.

Just put 30ms at the place of 20ms and then solve
