I will try to solve this question as shortly and simply as possible

As K.E is 25

25=1/2*m*(5)2

m=2 kg.

When the velocity is doubled velocity becomes

2*5=10 m/s

Now by basic K.E formula,

K.E.=1/2*2*(10)2 =100 J.
