So, energy or work done is integration of POWER.

Force*Velocity integrated in perspective of FUNCTION OF TIME.

so, in easy base we have,

Force *velocity*dt.   ( dt, as change is much small to be integrated.)

So, here we get,

Power*dt=Force*distance as work done or energy consumed due to certain force dissipation.
