A body of volume 100 cm weighs 5 kgf in air.
It is completely immersed in a liquid of density
1.8 x 103 kg m-3. Find : (i) the upthrust due to liquid
and (ii) the weight of the body in liquid.
Ans. (i) 0.18 kgf (ii) 4.82 kgf ... tell me if we use the formula vdg and use it then it will be 10-4x1.8x10-3 x 9.8 but why we don't put the value of g ?? give
reasons...pls
