The weight of a body is not affected by whether it is or is not in water. The weight of a body is the acceleration of gravity times the mass you're on the moon it's 1/6 that of Earth

If however you are saying what will be the force to move that submerged body, then it would be 1000 - 250 equal 750 Newton, but that is only immediately of on applying the force as you raise the body out of fluid you will gradually get back to 1000 Newton
