Calculation:

At equilibrium conditions, the component of weight down the inclined plane will be equal and opposite to the frictional force of the inclined plane.

 \therefore \: mg \sin( \theta)  =  \mu \bigg \{mg \cos( \theta)  \bigg \}

 \implies\: \sin( \theta)  =  \mu \bigg \{ \cos( \theta)  \bigg \}

 \implies\:  \mu =  \dfrac{ \sin( \theta) }{ \cos( \theta) }

 \implies\:  \mu =  \tan( \theta)

 \implies\:  \mu =  slope \: of \: incline

 \implies\:  \mu =  \dfrac{1}{4}

 \implies\:  \mu =  0.25

So, the coefficient of friction is 0.25 .
