1/7

Kinetic Energy = 1mv²/2

the kinetic of the body =XJ

The initial mass of the body is m.

The initial velocity of the body is v₁.

so, X= 1/2mv₁²

The final kinetic energy =XJ= 1/2 49m v₂²

The final mass =49m

the final  velocity = v₂.

according to the question=

1/2mv₁²=1/2 49mv₂²

v₁=7v₂

Hence the final velocity one seventh of intial velocity.
