Let , acceleration of body be' a 'm/s^2

Since, according to the question ,

u =0

s=400 m

t=20 sec

m=10 kg

Now, as we know,

S=ut+1/2at^2

So,

400=0*20+1/2a20^2

400=200a

a=2m/ s^2

Now, force on body =

mass * acceleration =10*2=20newton

Hope it helps you.....
