g/a=9.8m/s²

therefore....

s=ut+1/2gt²

=)125=0×t+1/2×9.8×t²

=)125=4.9t²

=)t²= 125/49×10

=)t²=25.51

=) time=√25.51

time taken is 5.05 seconds
