t = 10 sec.

v = u + at        (first eq. of motion)

=> 2 = 10a

=> a = 1/5 m/s²

second case :

a = 1/5 m/s²

s = 40 m

u = 0

v² - u² = 2as    (third eq. of motion)

=> v = √2as

=> v = √2 x 1/5 x 40

=> v =√16 = 4 m/s
