s = 0.45km

v = 300 km/hr

time = distance / speed

t = 0.45 / 300-0

= 45 /30000

=0.0015 sec

first equation

v = u + at

300= 0 + a * 0.0015

300 = 0.0015 a

a = 300 /0.0015

= 3000000/ 15

= 200000 m/s ^2
