Given :

Initial velocity of body , u = 0 m/s .

Acceleration of body , a=0.3\ m/s^2 .

To Find :

The velocity and distance travelled by it in 2 minutes i.e 120 seconds .

Solution :

Velocity and displacement is given by equation of motion .

v=u+at\\v=0+0.3\times 120\\v=36\ m/s

Also ,

s=ut+\dfrac{at^2}{2}\\\\s=0+\dfrac{0.3\times 120^2}{2}\\\\s=2160\ m

Therefore , the velocity and distance travelled by it in 2 minutes is 36 m/s and 2160 m respectively .
