It's given that,
Initial velocity=0
Distance=100m
Time =5 second
Acceleration=?

By using equation:-
$s = ut + \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}$
$= > 100 = 0 + \frac{1}{2} \times a \times 5 \times 5 \\ = > 100 = \frac{1}{2} a \times 25 \\ = > \frac{1}{2} a = \frac{100}{25}$
$= > \frac{1}{2}a = 4 \\ = > a = 8$
Hence,
The Acceleration=8m/s^2
