using second equation of motion
s=ut+1/2at²
100 = 0(5)+1/2×a×(5)²
100=25a/2
a = 100×2/25
a= 8m/s²
hope this helps

the velocity is dx/dt = 100/5 = 20m/s
so,
initial velocity = 0m/s
final velocity = 20m/s
so,
acceleration=v-u/t = 20-0/5 = 20/5 = 4m/s²
so,
initial velocity = 0m/s
final velocity = 20m/s
so,
acceleration=v-u/t = 20-0/5 = 20/5 = 4m/s²
