To Find:-

  • Final velocity ,v

Solution:-

It is given that the body starts from rest & accelerate the car with 4m/s². We have to calculate the final velocity of the car . So using 1st equation of motion

  • v = u + at

where,

  • v denote final velocity
  • u denote initial velocity
  • a denote acceleration
  • t denote time taken

Substitute the value we get

:\implies v = 0 + 4×4

:\implies v = 16 m/s

  • Hence, the final velocity of the body is 16m/s.

Velocity after 4 second

Solution :-

We know that

a = v - u/t

4 = v - 0/4

4 × 4 = v - 0

16 = v - 0

16 + 0 = v

16 = v

Hence,

Final velocity is 16 m/s
