Given :-

★ Acceleration, a = 5 m/s²

★ Initial velocity, u = 0 ( As body starts from rest)

★ Distance traveled, s = 100 m

To Find :-

★ Final velocity of the body

Solution :-

According to the question :-

To find final velocity, we have to use 3rd equation of motion.

We know, 3rd equation of motion

\sf v^2-u^2=2as

Here,

v = Final velocity

u = Initial velocity

a = Acceleration

s = Distance

Now, put the given values

⟹ v = 2 × 5 × 100 + (0)

⟹ v = 31.62 m/s ( Approx)

Hence, the final velocity of the body is

= 31.62 m/s

Extra Information :-

☞ Force = mass × acceleration

☞ v = u + at

{ 1st equation of motion}

☞ s = ut + ½ at²

{ 2nd equation of motion}

☞ v² = u² + 2as

{ 3rd equation of motion}

☞ Pressure = Force/Area

Given ,

Inital velocity (u) = 0 m/s

Acceleration (a) = 5 m/s²

Displacement (s) = 100 m

We know that , the Newton's third equation of motion is given by

 \boxed{  \sf {(v)}^{2}  -  {(u)}^{2}  = 2as}

Thus ,

(v)² - (0)² = 2 × 5 × 100

(v)² = 10 × 1000

v = √1000

v = 31.6 m/s

Therefore ,

The final velocity is 31.6 m/s
