Use the formula
S = ut + 1/2at^2
u = 0, a = 10m/s^2 and t = 10s
Then s = 0*10 + 1/2*10*10^2
= 0 + 500 = 500m
So distance travelled in first 10s = 500m
Now its final velocity
v = u + at
v = 0 + 10*10 = 100m/s
Then,
S = v*t = 100*10 = 1000m
So the total distance travelled in 20s
1000+500 = 1500m
