Answer:

Explanation:

u= 0

v= 6m/s

let s be the displacement

v^2 - u^2 = 2as

v^2  = 2as

6^2 =2 x a x  6

2a = 6

a=3m/s^2

Given,

Displacement of the body=6m,

Velocity of the body=6m/s

To Find,

Uniform acceleration of the body.

Solution,

Body starts from rest means its initial velocity is zero.

Means, u=0,

After displacement its velocity is 6m/s.

Means final velocity, v=6m/s

Displacement by the body=6m

To find acceleration of the motion we have to use the 3rd law of motion,

v²-u²=2as

⇒6²-0=2×a×6

⇒36=12a

⇒a=3m/s²

Hence, the uniform acceleration of the body is 3m/s².
