S= U*t +1/2 at^2

Here ,U=0,a=2m/s^2,t=5

S=1/2*2*5*5

S=25m.

Answer:

25 m .

Explanation:

Given :

Initial velocity ( u ) = 0 m / sec

Acceleration ( a ) =  2 m / sec²

Time ( t ) = 5 sec

We have to calculate distance ( s ) :

We have first equation of motion :

v = u + a t

v = 0 + 2 × 5

v = 10 m / sec

From third equation we have :

v² = u²  + 2 a s

Putting values here we get :

10² = 0² + 2 × 2 × s

4 s = 100

s = 25 m

Hence distance is 25 m .
