A body starts moving from rest and travels with uniform acceleration for 4 seconds and gains velocity 30 m/s. Then it continues to move with uniform velocity for 4 seconds. Then it starts retarding uniformly and comes to rest in further 2 seconds. The total covered distance by the body within the interval 4 s to 10 s is​

vavg=t1+t2+t38s
