average speed of the body=total distance/total time
total distance= 200+200=400 km
total time= 2 hrs+3 hrs=5 hrs
avg speed= 400 km/5 hrs=80 km/hr=(80*5/18)m/s=22.22 m/s

avg velocity=0 since displacement= 200-200=0
