Answer :-
Suppose the body reaches to height "h" from ground.
therefore ditance traveled by body = Distance traveled from ground to the highest point + distance traveled from highest point to ground =h+h =2h
Since body reached to the same place, hence displacement is 0.
Note :-
Distance is defined as the amount of space between two points.
Displacement is the shortest distance between two points .
