A body travelled from stop a to stop b with average speed of 30 km per hour and returned back to a with a average speed of 50 km per hour.find its average speed.

the formula to find the average is a/n where 'a' is the total of the observations and 'n' is the number of the observations so :-
30+50/2
=80/2
=40
so the average speed is 40 km/h
