acceleration = final velocity - initial velocity/time taken
=0-200/10
=-20m/s
if acceleration is negative than retardation is positive
so retardation = 20m/s

HEYA!!!!!

YOUR ANSWER:
u = 200m/s
t = 10s
v = 0m/s

The formula is:

a = (v - u) \div t

By putting the values in it, we get:

a = (0 - 200) \div 10

Further solving:

a = ( - 200) \div 10 \\ = ( - 20)m \: per \: {s}^{2}
