a body travels a distance of 10 km with a constant speed of 30 km per hour and then the next 40 km at a constant speed of 50 km per hour find the average speed for the whole journey​

D1=10 km.

T1=10/30=1/3hr.

D2=40km.

T2 =  \frac{40}{50}  =  \frac{4}{5}

average \: speed \:  =  \frac{d1 + d2}{t1 + t2}

 =  \frac{10 + 50}{ \frac{1}{3} +  \frac{4}{5}  }

 = 45.4 \: km \hr
