The body travels half the circumference.

So, distance covered by the body is d=22/7×70

=220m

Also,the displacement of the body is s=2d=2×70

=140m

So, Average velocity=s/t=140/20=7 m/s

And,Average speed=d/t=220/20=11 m/s
