Given-

Radius(r) = 70m, Time taken(t) = 20s

Therefore, Circumference (C) = 2πr

C = 440m

He complete half a revolution,

Therefore,

distance travelled(S) = 440/2 = 220m

avg. vel. = S/t = 70/20 = 3.5 m/s

avg. speed = avg. vel. = 3.5m/s (In this case)
