A body travels for 6s at 60m/s and the next 240m with the speed of 80 m/s. Calculate average speed.

av.speed =total distance/total time
in 6 sec the body travel 60m/sec then distance is s1=v1×t1. , s1= 60×6 then s1 is 360m and s2 is 240 m V2 is 80m/sec then t2 is s2/V2 , t2= 240/80 then t2 is 3 sec ... av.speed =s1+s2/t1+t2 , av. speed = 360+240/6+3 , av. speed after solving it 66.66m/sec
