a body travels with 60km/h from point A to B and returns with 80km/h.find average speed and average velocity.

your answer is ---

Given , S1 = 60km/h or 50/3m/s

and , S2 = 80km/h or 200/9 m/s

since , distance is same
so, we use the formula to find the average speed

 \frac{2s1.s2}{s1 + s2} \\ = > \frac{2( \frac{50}{3} \times \frac{200}{9} )}{ \frac{50}{3} + \frac{200}{9} ) } \\ = > \frac{ \frac{2000}{27} }{ \frac{350}{9} } \\ = > \frac{40}{21} m {s}^{ - 1}

now , velocity is --

we know that displacement is zero because the body return and come back at initial point

so , velocity = 0m/s
