we know , that thrust = pressure

and weight = force ( acceleration due to gravity)

therefore, P( pressure/thrust ) = F( force ) / A( area )

= P or T = 10/0.2

= 50N/m² or 50P (Pascal)

Note: the Question is wrong , it should be 10N Instead of kg as weight is a vector quantity with its unit as N ( Newton ).
