m=480/10=48kg
g'=G(M/2)/(2R)²
g'=G(M/2)/4R²
g'=GM/(2*4*R²)
g'=GM/8R²
g=GM/R²
g'=g/8

mg' = 48*g/8= 48*10/8=60N
m=480/10=48kg
