Weight of a body is the force experienced by the body due to gravity. If the body is in air, the buoyant force of the air reduces its weight. A body weighed in vacuum will show a slight increase in the weight of the body. However, this increase in weight is negligible.

this is because there is no upthrust in vaccum so the gravitatinal force weight.in water,there is an upthrust which gets subtracted from the gravitational force. therefore a body always weighs more in vaccum than in air.
