Answer:

Final velocity is 25 m/s

Explanation:

u = 18 km/h = 18 x 5/18 = 5 m/s

a = 1.5 m/s^{2}

S = 200 m

According to third law of motion :

v^{2} - u^{2}  = 2 a S

v^{2} = 2 a S + u^{2}

v^{2} = 2 x 1.5 x 200 + 25

   = 625

v = 25 m/s
