Question

A bomb is released from a horizontally flying bomber when it is directly above the target will it hit the target ?

If the bomber will release the bomb when it will be exactly above the target THEN bomb will not hit the target because it will obey the path of parabola as some velocity will still remain in bomb after the detachment from the bomber..........
