Given,

g = 10 \ m/sec^{2} \\ \\
t = 10 sec \\ \\

\text{ let the speed in y direction be u_y\ and \ final\ velocity\ in \ y \ \ direction\ be \ u_y'}

Using first equation of motion:

u_y' = u_y - gt \\ \\ gt = u_y \\ \\ u_y = 10*10 \\ \\ u_y = 100 \ m/sec \\ \\
\text{ We know that , if velocity of object is u } , \\ \\ u_y = u \cos\theta \\ \\ 100 = 600\cos\theta \\ \\ \cos\theta = 1/6 \\ \\ \theta = cos^{-1}(\frac{1}{6})
