deep along each short side and 2 cm deep each long side. Find the total area available for printing.​

According to the question,

Length of printing area= 20- 2x2

= 20-4= 16.

Breadth of printing area= 14- 2x2.5

= 14- 5= 9.

So, printing area on each page= 16x9=144.

The book has 360 pages. So, as per the question,

Total printing area= 144x 360

= 51840 cm2.

When converted into m= 5.184 m2. Thus, the total area available for printing is 5.184m2."
