A)Cost of a book=Rs.96

Mahesh bought=60 Books

Cost of books Mahesh bought=96x60

=Rs.5760

B)Accountant gave a book=(less Rs.5=Rs.91)

91x60=5460

difference 5760-5460=Rs.300

Answer:300

Answer:

The difference = 300 rupees

Step-by-step explanation:

A book costs rupees = 96

No. of books mahesh bought = 60

No. of rupees, the accountant missed in each book = 5

96-5=91

96×60=5,760 rupees = actual bill

91×60=5,460 rupees = mistaken bill

5,760

-5,460

----------

300
