Explanation:
Three men in a Boat is a delight. A complete send up from start to finish of three "chaps" in the true sense of the word,. A very English form of humour full of the the self-deprecation that goes with the genre of that period. PG Wodehouse and Jerome share much in common with their whimsical approach. They both send up their characters in the most delightful fashion. In Wodehouse it is Bertie and Jeeves, in this it is Jerome, George and Harris.
Read and enjoy. These three chaps are such bumblers. The dog is nothing like as dim as they are at times. The description of Hampton Court Maze is the most perfect piece of English humour you could ever read. Do hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
