hope it's helpful marks me at brainlist

Step-by-step explanation:

Total number of books = 1000 nos

Cost of 1000 nos books = Rs. 75000

Average cost of each book = Rs. 75 (75000/1000)

No of books destroyed = 84 nos

Total remaining books = 916 nos (1000–84)

Required profit per book = Rs 25

Total profit = Rs. 22,900 (25*916)

Gross sale = Rs. 97900 (75000+22900)

Selling cost per book = Rs. 106.87 or Rs. 107 (97900/916)

If you want Rs. 25 profit of the 1000 books, then the problem will have to be dealt differently. For the total profit instead of 258916 you will have have to replace it 25*1000.

Hope this helps
