\huge\red{\mathbb{answer:}}

Given ;

p = 4000 Rs

A = 5400 Rs

S.I = A - P

= 5400 - 4000

=1600 Rs

S.1 = P×R×T/100

=400 ×R × S /100

=14 × 100 / 40×5

= 7

After 3 year ,

S.I = 5000 × 7 × 3 /100

=1176

Amount will be 5000 + 1176 = 6776
