a bottle has either sand or sugar.how will you find it without tasting

Sugar and salt both have tiny see through shards and cubes. If you look at them next to each other you can easily tell the difference. Even if you can tell the difference you still need to know which one is which. The first thing that happened was that both the sugar and the salt sunk, but the sugar was faster.
