A bottle is filled with vinegar,3parts of which are water and 5parts acid.How much part of the vinegar must be drawn off and replaced with water so that the mixture contain half water an half acid

1 part should drawn and 1 part of water should be added
5 parts of acid
5_1 = 4 parts
and we have 3 parts of water
3+1=4
1 part of acid remove should be replace with one part of water to get halve water and halve acid in solution.
