Total number of apples. in box = 52

Total number of apples. in box = 52Amount of rotten apples = ¾ of total

Total number of apples. in box = 52Amount of rotten apples = ¾ of total Number of rotten apples = ¾ × 52 = 3 × 14 = 39

Number of edible apples = Total number of apples - Number of rotten apples = 52 - 39 = 14

Hence, there are 14 edible apples.
