A box contains 24 balls. Some are blue and the others are green. If a ball is drawn at random, the probability that it is green is 3/2 . Find the number of blue balls and green balls in the box​

Let the no. of green balls is - X

then probability of getting green balls out of 24 balls  = \frac{No. of green ball}{Total no. of Balls}

                         P  = \frac{x}{24}  = \frac{2}{3}

solving , we will get No. of green balls (x) = 16
